Let's Rock - Bespoke Service

Can't find exactly what you're looking for... I don't know about you but sometimes when you're  looking for that specific piece of jewellery, you know what you want but you can't find "exactly" what you're looking for.

Well now, you don't have to trawl around the shops or the internet. Let's Rock Studio can help make that special design for you or someone you love. You might just want one of the designs we offer but in a different colour or you would like the design in Rose Gold rather than Silver.

Being a collector of gemstones and anything related to jewellery we have a huge stock of various gemstones, metals and other mediums.

So why not send us a message, email or text us and our designer will be only too happy to discuss your specific ideas.

Below are the steps in the process to give you an idea of what is required. Please note that the timing are an approximation. It is difficult to give any indication until we know exactly what is required.

The Bespoke Service Process

1.

You provide a short description of what you are looking for, using the "Bespoke Service" form below.  The form is designed to allow you to specify any specific requirements you may have ie colour, gemstones (if required), style, event, when the item is required, best time to contact you etc.

Approximate time - 1-2 days

2.

Susan will then contact you, at a time convenient to you, to go though your requirements and ask any questions. This can be carried out over the phone, Skype/Zoom, Messenger, FaceTime or in person, if you live locally.

Approximate Time - 1 day

3.

If appropriate, our designer will provide you with a rough drawing of your design to make sure she understands your requirements and photograph any material options, if we have them in stock. She will also provide an indication of the cost and a timeline. The timeline will be based on any existing/planned commitments. We can then agree, at this point, whether to proceed or not (no commitment).

Approximate time -> 3 days

4.

If you agree to proceed, at this point, then 50% of the total cost will be paid upfront (please note, this is non-refundable)

Approximate time -> 1-2 days

5.

She will then start designing your piece, keeping you updated and sending any progress photographs, if applicable, via text or email.

Approximate time -> 3 - 15 days (this will depend on your design)

6.

Final meeting will be arranged to show you the finished piece and the final invoice will be paid.

Approximate time -> 2 days

7.

Jewellery/design will then be carefully packaged and delivered to you to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition.

Approximate time -> 2-3 days
